A mixture of chestnut sugar, chestnut and sugar sherbet. It is one of the famous sweets of Bursa. Chestnut sugar is made from chestnuts grown in Uludağ within the borders of Bursa. Chestnut sugar boiled chestnut is peeled, then tied up in cheeses and dipped into boiling sherbet. Chestnut sugar is also covered with chocolate and other flavors.
